Handling procedures

Once the electronic submission is concluded, the corresponding author will receive an automatic confirmation by e-mail.

If you do not receive an automatic message after submission, please contact info@iapc.ie

Corresponding authors will be notified of the decision of the abstract review group via electronic correspondence in November/December 2017

Authors will then need to confirm the attendance of the presenting author at the Seminar.

Any changes after submission (for example withdrawal of abstract, change of presenting author etc.) should be requested by e-mail to the Seminar secretariat info@iapc.ie

The content of the abstract cannot be changed post submission.

Kindly note that submission of an abstract does not replace registration for the Seminar.

The inclusion of the abstract in the Seminar programme depends on the presenting author registering for the Seminar.
